Not as low profile as a Modlite but the UT Hot Button from Wadsn is for fast acquisition whilst maintaining perfect grip. This offset push button works with keymod or MLOK rail systems. Interfaces with a single aiming device and works on Wadsn/Element DBals, NGALs and PEQ devices with a 2.5mm jack input. The UT Hot Button takes up less rail space than most conventional torch/laser tail switches and doesn't suffer from the sticky backing coming off when you need it most.
