The Viper Tactical Mesh-Tech Armour Top is built from 100% polyester Mesh-Tech, a lightweight, highly breathable fabric that wicks sweat off your skin and dries fast. Worn under a plate carrier or chest rig, it stops the clammy, overheated feeling that a cotton shirt gives you halfway through a game.

Move without restriction

A stretch fit means the top flexes with every movement, while raglan sleeves keep seams out of the shoulder zone where your rig straps sit. Flatlock seams throughout reduce rubbing, so you stay comfortable through long days on site or in training.

Ventilation on demand

The 1/4 length front zip and high collar let you dump heat fast or seal up for a little extra neck coverage. At around 130g it barely registers as a layer, yet it makes a real difference to how cool and dry you stay.

Is this a base layer or an outer top?

It is designed primarily as a base layer to wear under a plate carrier, chest rig or jacket, but the breathable mesh also works well as a standalone top for training, running or warm-weather skirmishing.

Does the mesh fabric keep you cool?

Yes. The 100% polyester Mesh-Tech material is highly breathable and actively wicks sweat away from the skin, then dries quickly. Combined with the 1/4 zip for venting, it is a genuinely cool layer under armour.

Will the seams rub under a rig?

Viper use flatlock seams specifically to minimise chafing, and raglan sleeves keep bulk out of the shoulder area where straps sit. That makes it comfortable for long days carrying gear.

Do I need to be 18 to buy it?

No. This is a clothing item with no age restriction and no UKARA requirement, so anyone can order it.

How does the sizing fit?
