Get your Raven back in the game

The Nuprol Raven EU18, also known as the EU8, is one of the most popular full-auto gas blowback pistols in UK airsoft. Like any well-used sidearm, the fire selector eventually wears, and switching between semi and full auto starts to feel vague. This genuine replacement selector and spring restores that crisp, positive mode change.

The right parts, straight from the diagram

This is a direct replacement for parts 6, 7 and 8 on the EU8 exploded diagram: the fire selector itself plus its spring. Because it is the correct factory component, you get a proper OEM fit rather than an improvised fix, so the selector snaps between modes exactly as it should.

A cheap repair beats a new pistol

A single worn selector should never mean retiring a pistol you love. Keeping this inexpensive spare on hand, or fitting one now, gets your Raven firing reliably again for a fraction of the cost of a replacement gun.

Fitting help if you need it

Swapping the selector involves stripping the frame and trigger group. Confident owners can tackle it at home; if you would rather not, our airsoft repair team in Kent can do it. Find more spares in our airsoft accessories range.

Frequently asked questions

Which pistols does this fit?

It is a replacement for the Nuprol Raven EU8, also sold as the EU18, gas blowback pistol. It is not a universal part, so make sure your pistol is from the EU-series.

What exactly is included?

You get the fire selector plus its spring, corresponding to parts 6, 7 and 8 on the EU8 exploded diagram. That is everything needed to restore the selector mechanism.

Why does the selector wear or break?

The selector switches the pistol between semi and full auto and takes repeated use. Over time the part or its spring can wear, so mode changes feel vague or fail. A fresh selector and spring restores that positive click.

Is this an official Nuprol part?

Yes, it is a genuine Nuprol replacement made for the Raven platform, so you get the correct factory fit rather than an improvised or 3D-printed substitute.

Do I need to strip the pistol to fit it?

Some disassembly of the frame and trigger group is needed. If you are not comfortable with that, our Tech-It service can fit it for you at the Rochester store.
