Will one size really fit me?

It is designed as one size fits most adults. The seamless 3D-knit stretches to fit a wide range of head and face sizes comfortably.

Will it fog my goggles or feel hot?

The vent zones at the mouth, nose, ears and crown are there specifically to move air and heat, which helps reduce sweat and lens fogging compared with a basic solid balaclava.

Is it comfortable under a helmet and eye protection?

Can I wear it just as a neck warmer or hat?
