Frequently asked questions

What thread does this mock silencer use?

It uses a 14mm CCW (counter-clockwise) thread, the most common negative thread on airsoft rifles and pistols. Check whether your outer barrel is CCW before ordering, as some guns use 14mm CW (clockwise) and will need a thread adapter.

Does it actually make my airsoft gun quieter?

It is primarily a cosmetic mock suppressor, but the internal volume helps deaden the sharp crack of gas leaving the muzzle on gas guns. It will not silence an airsoft gun the way a real suppressor works on a firearm.

Will the extra weight affect my pistol?

The aluminium construction keeps it light, so it puts far less strain on a gas pistol outer barrel and slide than a heavy steel unit. That helps avoid cycling issues on lighter blowback platforms.

Can I hide a longer inner barrel inside it?

Yes. At 155mm it is long enough to shroud many extended precision inner barrels, keeping an accuracy upgrade tidy and out of sight.

Does it fit both rifles and pistols?

It fits any platform with a 14mm CCW thread, so it works across rifles, SMGs and pistols. On pistols you may need a thread already exposed past the slide or an outer barrel extension.
