Keep Your Kit Bone Dry

The 5.11 Ultralight Dry Bag 10L is built to protect your gear from the worst British weather. The 40D nylon ripstop shell carries a silicone waterproof coating, while double-stitched, tape-sealed seams lock water out. Whether you are skirmishing in the rain, on the water or hiking the North Downs, your spare clothing, phone and electronics stay dry.

Fast, Secure Roll-Top Seal

The roll-top closure with quick-release buckle is quick to open and quick to seal. Roll the top down, clip the buckle and you have a dependable waterproof barrier. The top D-ring lets you clip the bag to a pack, plate carrier or belt so it never gets lost in the bottom of your kit.

Genuinely Ultralight

At just 10 litres and barely any weight, this dry bag adds almost nothing to your load. It packs down small when empty, so it lives easily in a day pack or grab bag until you need it. That makes it a favourite for airsoft players who want a personal dry sack without the bulk.

Built for the Field

The Tan and Olive Green colourway blends into field and everyday carry alike, and the tough ripstop shrugs off snags on brambles, rocks and MOLLE. Pair it with your tactical gear and packs for a complete wet-weather loadout.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 5.11 Ultralight Dry Bag fully waterproof?

Yes. The ripstop nylon has a silicone waterproof coating and the seams are double-stitched and tape-sealed. Rolled and buckled correctly, it keeps water out during rain, spray and brief submersion.

How do I seal the dry bag properly?

Fill it no more than two-thirds full, press out excess air, then roll the top down at least three times before clipping the quick-release buckle. This forms the waterproof seal.

Is it good for airsoft skirmishes?

Yes. At just 10L and very light, it protects spare clothing, a phone, gas or a battery from mud and rain, and the D-ring lets you clip it inside a pack or to a rig.

Can I fully submerge the bag?

It is built to shrug off rain, spray and short accidental dunks. It is a splash and immersion dry bag rather than a certified diving container, so avoid prolonged deep submersion.

What can I fit inside 10 litres?

Roughly a spare base layer, mid layer, socks, a phone and a few small essentials, making it ideal as a personal dry sack for a day in the field.
