The 5.11 Ultralight Dry Bag 5L is a simple, effective way to protect the gear you cannot afford to get wet. A roll-top closure with a quick-release buckle folds down and seals the opening, while the silicone-coated fabric and taped, double-stitched seams keep rain, mud and spills on the outside where they belong.

Light enough to forget you packed it

Built from 40D ripstop nylon, it is genuinely ultralight and packs down to almost nothing when empty. Stash it in a pocket or the bottom of your pack and it is there the moment the weather turns, without weighing you down all day.

Tough construction

Do not mistake light for flimsy. The ripstop weave resists tears and abrasion, and the reinforced seams are double stitched and tape sealed for lasting waterproof performance game after game.

How waterproof is it?

The silicone-coated ripstop fabric, taped double-stitched seams and roll-top buckle closure work together to keep water out. Roll the top at least three times and clip the buckle for the best seal.

What will 5 litres hold?

Plenty for a day out: a spare base layer, phone and wallet, snacks and other small essentials you want to keep dry inside your pack.

How heavy is it?

Barely anything. Made from lightweight 40D ripstop nylon, it packs down small and adds almost no weight to your loadout.

Can I attach it to my pack?
