A clean scope lens acts like a mirror in the right light, flashing a bright reflection every time you move. This Aim-O kill flash drops a honeycomb mesh over the objective of your ACOG so that tell-tale glare is broken up, keeping you concealed when you are holding an angle or pushing through open ground.

Protection as well as concealment

The same mesh that cuts glare also sunshades the lens and takes the hit from incoming BBs, helping protect the glass underneath from scratches and direct strikes. It is a small part that saves an expensive optic.

Fits and removes in seconds

No tools are needed. The cover pushes straight onto the front of the scope and pulls off just as quickly if you want a clear lens for a low-light game. It is confirmed to fit the Aim-O 1×32 ACOG Red Dot, 4×32 ACOG and 4×32 ACOG with Mini Red Dot.

What does a kill flash actually do?

The honeycomb mesh breaks up light hitting the front lens, so your optic does not throw back a bright reflective flash that can betray your position across a site. As a bonus it also sunshades the lens and guards it from BB strikes.

Which scopes does it fit?

It is made for ACOG style optics and confirmed to fit the Aim-O 1x32 ACOG Red Dot Sight, the Aim-O 4x32 ACOG and the Aim-O 4x32 ACOG with Mini Red Dot. Check your objective diameter against the cover if using another brand.

Do I need tools to fit it?

No. It simply pushes over the front of the scope and can be pulled off again quickly if you need a clear lens fast.

Will it darken my sight picture?

There is a very slight reduction in light transmission with any honeycomb device, but in daylight airsoft use it is barely noticeable and well worth the anti-glare and lens protection.

Does it protect against BB hits?

The mesh takes the first impact and helps shield the objective lens from direct BB strikes and scratches, though no cover is fully indestructible.
