What it is

The 4uantum Airtight Sealing Compound Pen is a high-viscosity silicone sealing grease for airsoft leaks. Running a leaking magazine, or a piston with poor air tightness? This is what you reach for.

How it works

Apply a generous amount and the dense, sticky compound forms an effective airtight layer, ensuring no leaks during operation and giving better, more consistent performance. It is ideal for sealing repairs and preventing leaks from tired O-rings.

Wide compatibility

It suits electric AEGs, manual springers, GBB, CO2 and HPA gas guns, so one pen covers most of your maintenance needs. Note that if an O-ring is already broken it will still leak, so replace badly damaged seals rather than sealing over them.

Where not to use it

Do not use it on gears, as the dense grease will not let them rotate smoothly. Stock spare seals and gas from our BBs, gas and batteries range, or book our Kent repair service for stubborn leaks.

Frequently asked questions

What does this sealing compound do?

It is a dense, high-viscosity grease that forms an effective airtight layer, so you apply a generous amount to a leaking magazine or poorly sealed piston for a better seal.

Can it fix a leaking O-ring?

It helps seal a worn or slightly imperfect O-ring, but if the O-ring is already broken it will still leak, so a badly damaged seal should be replaced rather than just sealed over.

Which systems can I use it on?

It suits electric AEGs, manual, GBB, CO2 and HPA gas guns, wherever you need to improve air tightness and stop leaks around seals and joints.

Can I use it on my gears?

No. This dense, sticky grease is not recommended on gears as it will not let them rotate smoothly. Use a dedicated gear grease on gear surfaces instead.

How is it applied?

It comes in a pen applicator for clean, controlled use. Apply a generous amount to the sealing surface, then reassemble to form the airtight layer during operation.
