Never lose your sidearm again

The Amomax Pistol Lanyard is a simple bit of kit that saves a lot of grief on the skirmish field. It tethers your pistol to your belt with a strong elasticated cord, so a fumbled draw or a knocked holster never ends with your sidearm lost in the leaf litter. For a secondary you rely on when your primary runs dry, that peace of mind is worth far more than the price.

Built to take the strain

The cord is a rubberised elastic and nylon construction rated to over 245 Newtons of pull. It stretches to roughly full arm extension, around 57.5 cm, so you can aim and fire at range without the lanyard fighting you, then it springs back out of the way. A sturdy metal clip locks onto the lanyard loop found on most pistols.

Quick release when you need it

At the belt end, a hook-and-loop wrap with a quick-release buckle keeps everything secure on the move, while a quick-detach point lets you free the pistol instantly for reholstering or handover. No fiddly knots and no tools required.

More than just pistols

Because the clip suits any loop or ring, the lanyard doubles as a retention cord for torches, radios, multitools and other loose kit you would rather not leave behind. Pair it with the rest of our tactical gear to build a load-out that stays put.

Frequently asked questions

Will this fit my airsoft pistol?

It attaches to any pistol fitted with a lanyard loop or lanyard hole via the metal spring clip. Most gas and CO2 sidearms have a loop at the base of the grip or magazine well.

Does the cord stretch?

Yes. The rubberised elastic cord extends to roughly full arm length, around 57.5 cm, then retracts, so it never dangles or snags while you shoot.

How strong is the lanyard?

It is rated to withstand over 245 Newtons of pull, which is ample to arrest a dropped pistol and keep your kit secure during fast movement.

How does it attach to my belt?

A hook-and-loop wrap with a quick-release buckle secures it to a belt or loop, and the quick-detach point lets you drop the pistol free in a moment.

Can I use it for anything other than a pistol?

Yes. Anything with a suitable attachment point, such as a torch, radio or multitool, can be tethered so it stays with you if dropped.
