When you push an AEG into the 170-190 m/s range, gearbox pressures rise dramatically and standard parts give up. The ASG Ultimate M190 half-teeth polycarbonate piston is engineered for exactly this kind of extreme tuning.

Stronger polycarbonate

It is moulded from a polycarbonate resin that is 50% stronger than other Ultimate high-performance pistons. That extra strength means it can shrug off the loads generated by high-power springs and aggressive gear sets.

The best of both materials

The design combines polycarbonate teeth, which absorb impact energy on first contact, with embedded steel teeth for maximum strength as the piston travels rearward. A reinforcement bar adds further structural strength to the teeth for high-speed reliability.

A precise fit
