Dry your kit anywhere, no pegs required

The Coghlans Bungee Clothesline is a clever, lightweight washing line built for life on the move. Instead of a single cord and a bag of pegs, it uses two interwoven bungee strands. You simply pinch each item between the twisted cords and the tension grips it, so nothing blows away and there are no pegs to lose.

Set up in seconds

Large carabiner clips at each end let you hook the 1.8m line around tree branches, tent poles, caravan fittings or a hotel towel rail in moments. Tension it between two points and it stretches further still to give you plenty of drying space.

Made for camping and travel

It is lightweight, packs down small and is finished in bright, easy-to-spot yellow, making it a genuinely useful addition to any camping, caravan, festival or travel kit.

More than just washing

Beyond clothes and towels, the bungee grip is handy for hanging torches, glow sticks and odds and ends around camp. Browse more camping and outdoor field gear to kit out your setup.

Frequently asked questions

How does it work without pegs?

The line is made from two interwoven bungee cords. You simply pinch each item of clothing between the twisted strands and the tension holds it in place, so no pegs or clips are needed.

How long is it?

It is 1.8m (6ft) long when unstretched and extends further when you tension it between two points, giving you plenty of hanging space.

How do I put it up?

Each end has a large carabiner clip, so you can hook it around tree branches, tent poles, caravan fittings or a hotel rail in seconds.

Is it good for travel?

Yes. It is lightweight and packs down small, making it ideal for camping, caravanning, festivals and holidays where you need to dry clothes or gear quickly.

Can I hang more than clothes?

Absolutely. As well as washing and towels, the bungee grip is handy for hanging torches, glow sticks and small pieces of kit around camp.
