The Evolution rifle hard case is a foam-lined transit and storage case designed with airsoft replicas in mind. A double layer of shock-absorbing foam cushions your AEG or SMG from every angle, soaking up the knocks that come with car boots, kit piles and busy site car parks so your build arrives at the safe zone exactly as it left home.

Tough polymer shell

Moulded from high-strength polymer, the shell resists impacts, flex and the odd drop far better than a soft slip. Four locking points let you fit padlocks for secure storage between games, and a protected name tag holder keeps your case easy to spot in a shared club store or team armoury.

Sized for mid-length builds

At 82 x 29.5 x 8.5cm the case swallows most mid-length AEGs, compact DMRs and SMGs. Always measure your replica with its optic, suppressor and magazine fitted, since tall red dots and magnifiers can add height. If in doubt, size up rather than force the lid.

The 82 x 29.5 x 8.5cm internal space suits most mid-length AEGs, SMGs and shorter DMRs. Measure your replica with any suppressor, optic or magazine fitted before ordering, as tall optics can raise the closed height.

Is the foam pre-cut or solid?

The case uses a double layer of shock-absorbing foam that holds the replica firmly. It is not diced pluck-and-pull foam, so it grips the gun without you needing to cut out a custom shape.

Can I lock the case for travel?

Yes. There are four locking points around the lid so you can fit padlocks for secure storage or transport. Padlocks are not included.

Is it airline approved?

This model is designed for road transport and secure storage rather than certified air travel. If you need an IATA-rated flight case, check the larger wheeled Evolution models before booking.

Do I need a UKARA or licence to buy this case?

No. A hard case is a storage accessory, not a regulated item, so there is no UKARA or age restriction on the case itself. Normal rules still apply to any airsoft gun you keep inside it.
