The 5.11 Flex Rescue Pouch keeps critical items secure and instantly to hand. Designed to carry two doses of NARCAN nasal spray or a Naloxone injection, this compact padded pouch opens via a hook-and-loop flap for quick, one-handed access when it counts, then closes securely to keep contents protected.

Mounts your way with Flex-HT

Built around the 5.11 Flex-HT mounting system, the pouch features a half-inch stacked webbing ladder and flexible, waterproof TPU-coated straps that weave through MOLLE and other platforms to lock it firmly in place. A Flex Hook Adapter is included, so you can also mount it to hook-and-loop panels inside bags or on compatible surfaces.

A PE board on the bottom panel gives the pouch rigidity, while a removable PE insert lets you dial in extra protection or extra flexibility depending on what you carry and how you mount it.
