Fits the tourniquets you trust

The pouch is designed to accept all major windlass tourniquets, including the CAT Gen 7, SOFTT-W, SAM XT and TMT. The elastic interior adjusts to the slight size differences between models, so you are not locked into a single brand.

Mount it your way

Run it vertically using the 5.11 Flex-HT mounting system, or horizontally with the integrated hook and loop straps on MOLLE and HEXGRID platforms. A tuckable hook and loop flap even lets you set it up as a drop-down plate carrier attachment for the fastest possible reach.
