The air nozzle is one of the most overlooked parts in a gearbox, yet a worn or leaky one quietly robs you of range and consistency. This FPS Softair Delrin nozzle for M4 and M16 Version 2 AEGs is a precise, affordable upgrade that restores a proper air seal and tightens up your grouping.
Delrin with an inner O-ring
The body is CNC-machined from Delrin, a self-lubricating engineering plastic that cycles smoothly and treats the rest of your gearbox kindly. An inner O-ring seals against the cylinder head on every shot, so more of the air your piston pushes actually gets behind the BB. The payoff is more repeatable muzzle velocity and a noticeable gain in effective range.
Made in Italy, Marui compatible
FPS Softair design and manufacture their parts in Italy, drawing on years of experience repairing and tuning replicas. This nozzle measures 21.2 mm long with a 5.4 mm bore and is 100 percent Tokyo Marui compatible, so it drops into Marui gearboxes and the many clones built to the same standard.
Fit it right
