Balance a front heavy helmet

The Emerson Gear Helmet Counterweight Pouch mounts to the rear of a fast style helmet and holds ballast to offset the weight of front mounted night vision, cameras or lights. By evening out the load it takes the strain off your neck, keeping your helmet comfortable and stable through long games and patrols.

Tough, practical build

Made from hard wearing Cordura 500D, the pouch resists abrasion and rough handling in the field. It closes securely with velcro and carries an external loop panel on the front for ID patches, morale patches or an IFF marker.

Store as well as balance

This is more than dead weight. The pouch offers multiple load options and will hold up to five CR123A batteries, which act as both counterweight and spare power for your kit. You can also stash small tools or accessories inside, keeping useful items to hand on the back of your head.

Match your loadout
