Guard your optic where it counts

The lens is the most vulnerable part of any holosight. One well-placed BB, particularly at close range from a high-power gun, can crack or shatter the glass and put your optic out of action. This protective cover clips over the front of your sight and takes the hit for you, soaking up impacts and shrugging off dirt and debris in the field.

Made for Aim-O 55-series sights

It is designed for the popular Aim-O 551 and 558 holosights and fits other 55-series holographic-style airsoft replicas. The transparent polycarbonate window means you can keep aiming with the cover fitted, so a strike that would have ended your day just bounces off instead.

Quick to fit, easy to live with

The cover snaps on and off without tools, so fitting it before a game or removing it for cleaning takes seconds. It is a tiny outlay next to the cost of replacing a damaged sight.

Which sights does this cover fit?

It is designed for Aim-O 551 and 558 holosights and fits other 55-series holographic-style airsoft sights such as 551, 552, 553 and 558 replicas. Check the shape of your sight window against the cover before use.

Can I still aim with it on?

Yes. The cover is made from clear polycarbonate so you can keep the sight in use with it fitted. As with any lens shield there can be a slight change to clarity, but it lets you stay in the game if a strike would otherwise take your optic out.

Why do I need a lens protector?

Sight glass is one of the most exposed and expensive parts of your setup. A direct BB hit, especially from a close-range or high-power gun, can crack or shatter it. This cover takes that impact instead.

Is it easy to fit?

Yes. It clips over the front of the sight with no tools and comes off just as easily for cleaning or storage.

Is it only for airsoft?

Yes, this is an airsoft accessory designed to guard against 6mm BB strikes and field debris. Very heavy or high-power close-range impacts can still cause damage, so treat it as protection, not a guarantee.
