The Kombat UK Horizontal Medic Pouch opens fully flat in a fold-out design, laying your first aid kit out in front of you so the right item is in your hand in seconds. It is a smart, no-fuss addition to any airsoft, milsim or outdoor loadout.

Built to take a beating

Made from tough 600D Tac-Poly, this pouch is built for real field use: mud, brambles, repeated packing and long days out. The velcro top fastening keeps the contents secure while still opening quickly, and the internal elastic retention bands stop your kit rattling loose on the move.

Mounts anywhere on your rig

A rapid-access MOLLE panel on the rear lets you attach the pouch to plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts and packs. Position it exactly where you can reach it fastest. Switchable first aid flashes mean you can display or conceal the medic marking to suit your role.

Does this pouch attach to MOLLE webbing?

Yes. The rear has a rapid-access MOLLE attachment so it clips straight onto plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts and rucksacks that use PALS/MOLLE webbing.

What can I fit inside it?

It is sized for a compact medical kit: plasters, wound dressings, tape, shears, gloves and similar first aid items. The elastic bands inside keep everything in order.

Can I hide the medic markings?

Yes. The first aid flashes are switchable, so you can display the red cross style marking or conceal it depending on your role and game.

Is it waterproof?

The 600D Tac-Poly fabric is water resistant and shrugs off light rain and splashes, but it is not fully waterproof. Store moisture-sensitive items in a sealed bag inside for full protection.

What colours are available?

You can choose Black, BTP (British Terrain Pattern) or Olive Green to blend with the rest of your kit.
