In-store HPA tank refills done right

Running an HPA airsoft rig means keeping your air tank topped up, and our in-store refill service does exactly that. Bring your empty tank to our Rochester shop and we fill it with clean, dry compressed air so your regulator and rifle perform consistently shot after shot.

Correct fill pressure for your tank

Standard aluminium tanks are filled to 3000 psi (around 206 bar), while carbon fibre and carbon wrapped tanks rated for higher pressure are topped to 4500 psi (around 310 bar). We fill to the pressure stamped on your bottle, never beyond it, for safe and reliable running.

Safety first, always

For your safety we only refill tanks that carry a valid, in-date hydrostatic test. If a tank is out of test, damaged or leaking we will not fill it and will happily talk you through your options.

Fast turnaround at the counter

Most refills take just a few minutes at the counter, so you can collect your BBs, gas and batteries and be match ready in one visit. Pop in to our store on the Medway City Estate whenever you need a top up.

What pressure will you fill my HPA tank to?

Standard aluminium tanks are filled to 3000 psi (about 206 bar). Carbon fibre and carbon wrapped tanks rated for higher pressure are topped to 4500 psi (about 310 bar).

Can I post my tank in for a refill?

No. This is an in-store service only. Compressed gas cylinders cannot be shipped filled, so bring your empty tank to our Rochester store and we will fill it while you wait.

Do you need to see a test certificate?

Yes. For safety we only fill tanks with an in-date hydrostatic test stamp. If your tank is out of test or damaged we cannot refill it.

Will this work with my HPA airsoft rig?

Yes. Any standard airsoft HPA tank with a DIN or 4500 psi paintball thread can be refilled, then reconnected to your regulator and line as normal.

How long does a refill take?

A single tank refill is usually done at the counter in a few minutes, so you can grab your BBs and gas and head straight to your game.
