Alloy hop-up for M4 platforms

The ASG Ultimate hop-up chamber is a genuine part from ASG’s Ultimate Upgrade Series, designed and built in Denmark for M4, AR-15, M15 and M16 style AEGs. It replaces the standard hop-up unit with an alloy-bodied chamber that resists the flexing you get from cheaper polymer units.

Better seal, better shots

Because the alloy body stays rigid under load, the hop-up applies more consistently and the air seal stays true, which supports better accuracy and range. The unit carries an o-ring around the loading chamber that seals against the gearbox nozzle, and when combined with the Ultimate air nozzle there is practically no loss of compression.

Everything to install

The chamber comes with the parts needed to fit it to your AEG, including polymer wheel cogs and retaining clips. For the strongest results ASG recommends pairing it with an aftermarket air nozzle that has an internal o-ring, and it is a natural upgrade to do alongside a new hop-up bucking and precision barrel.

Fitting and tuning

Fitting means removing the barrel assembly and setting the hop. If you would like it done for you, our airsoft repair workshop in Kent can fit and tune it, and you can add buckings and barrels from our airsoft accessories range.

What rifles does this hop-up chamber fit?

It fits M4, AR-15, M15 and M16 style AEGs that use the standard hop-up unit for that platform. If your rifle is an M4 variant, it is very likely compatible, but check your existing unit if you have a custom build.

Why choose an alloy hop-up over polymer?

The alloy body flexes far less than a polymer unit under the pressure of the loading nozzle and gearbox. Less flex means a more consistent air seal and hop application, which supports better accuracy and range.

How does it improve compression?

The unit includes an o-ring around the loading chamber, which seals against the gearbox nozzle. Combined with the Ultimate air nozzle it gives practically no loss of compression, so more air gets behind the BB.
