The 5.11 Tactical 6.6 MED Pouch is a compact, fold-out first-aid pouch built to the standard 5.11 is known for. The full clamshell opening lays your kit flat so you can reach a tourniquet, dressing or gloves in seconds, exactly when speed matters most.
Organised and visible
Inside you get two zip-close mesh compartments that hold contents securely while keeping them in plain view. That means no rummaging under pressure: you see what you need and grab it. With around 3 litres of usable space you can put together a genuinely useful IFAK rather than a token kit.
Attaches where you need it
The MOLLE and universal web-platform backing clamps the pouch to plate carriers, chest rigs, belts and daypacks. Tough fabric, moulded zip pulls and YKK hardware mean it stands up to daily carry, field abuse and the odd downpour.
