The Kombat UK Military Tourniquet is designed to control severe vascular bleeding on a wounded limb in pre-hospital emergency treatment. Compact and light, it fits neatly into an individual first aid kit (IFAK), belt pouch or vehicle med pack, ready for the moment you hope never comes.

Built for one-handed use

The windlass design allows one-handed operation, which is vital if you need to apply it to your own arm. It is CE certified and conforms to the Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEC), and each unit ships with basic fitting instructions.

Training matters more than the tool

We include instructions, but we always recommend proper training before you carry one. A tourniquet applied incorrectly can do harm, so book a recognised first aid or trauma course and practise. There is no point carrying a specific piece of emergency kit you have no idea how to use.

Care and disposal

We strongly recommend it. A tourniquet is a life-saving tool but only if applied correctly. There is no point carrying kit you cannot use, so seek recognised first aid training before you rely on it.

Is it reusable?

No. It is a single-use, disposable item. After use it should be disposed of following local medical waste regulations, not reused.
