The Nuprol Medium Tracer Unit lights up your BBs for atmospheric night skirmishes and indoor CQB. As rounds pass through the unit, high-output LEDs charge tracer BBs so they streak through the dark in glowing lines, adding a spectacular edge to low-light play while helping you track your fire.

Rechargeable convenience

Forget hunting for spare batteries. The tracer has a built-in rechargeable cell that tops up over USB using the included lead, and smart auto on/off with a sleep mode conserves charge between engagements for up to around four hours of use per session.

Wide compatibility

A 14mm CCW thread, the airsoft standard, lets the unit fit a broad range of rifles and SMGs straight out of the box. At 13.2cm the medium length strikes a practical balance between a low profile and full tracer performance.

More than a light

How does an airsoft tracer unit work?

As each BB passes through the unit, built-in LEDs flash and charge the phosphorescent coating on tracer BBs, making them glow in flight. It turns your fire into visible streaks for night and indoor play.

What BBs do I need to use with it?

You need tracer BBs, which have a glow-reactive coating. Green tracer BBs give the best results with this unit. Standard non-tracer BBs will fire normally but will not light up.

What thread does it fit?

It uses a 14mm CCW (anti-clockwise) thread, the most common airsoft muzzle thread, so it fits a wide range of rifles and SMGs. An adapter may be needed for 11mm CW threaded barrels.

How is it powered and charged?

It has a built-in rechargeable battery topped up over USB, with the charging lead included. That means no disposable batteries and up to around four hours of use per charge.

Does it also work as a suppressor?

The body is a foam-filled suppressor unit, so alongside charging your tracer BBs it helps soften and muffle the mechanical noise of your rifle for a more discreet report.
