The Nuprol XL Hard Case is built to transport and store long rifles, DMR builds and full M4 or AK setups with barrel extensions or dummy suppressors. The tough outer shell shields your rifle, optics and accessories from knocks, drops and the elements.

Custom-fit pick and pluck foam

Inside you get pick and pluck foam pre-scored into cubes. Simply pluck out the sections that match your rifle and gear to build a snug, cushioned cavity that holds everything exactly where you want it, with no movement in transit.

Sealed against dust and water

Rated IP67 for dust and water protection, the case keeps moisture and grit out. Six easy-close latches lock the lid down for a reliable seal, so your kit stays clean and dry wherever you take it.

Built to move and secure

Wheels and a drag handle let you roll the loaded case along, while a side handle makes lifting easy. Four padlock holes let you lock it shut, which we strongly recommend for safe transport and responsible home storage, particularly if under-18s are present.

How does the pick and pluck foam work?

The foam is pre-scored into small cubes. You pluck out cubes to match the silhouette of your rifle and accessories, creating a custom cushioned cavity that holds everything securely in place.

Is the case really waterproof?

It carries an IP67 rating for dust and water protection, and six easy-close latches lock the lid down for a tight seal, keeping moisture and grit away from your kit.

Can I lock the case?

Yes. There are four padlock holes along the front edge. We strongly recommend padlocking it for secure transport and for safe storage at home, especially where under-18s are present.

Is it easy to move when loaded?
