The Odin Innovations M12 Sidewinder in Smoke Grey is the speed loader serious players reach for. A single hand crank feeds 12 BBs per revolution from a 1600-round reservoir, so you can refill mid-cap and standard magazines in seconds rather than fumbling with a bottle. This EMG edition adds a pre-installed silicone skin that dampens the loader’s noise for a quieter, lower-signature reload.

Built around the PTS EPM1

The M12 is optimised for PTS EPM1 and EPM1-S magazines, with reinforced gearing designed for reliable, repeated use. One important note: to run it with EPM1 mags you must first adjust the internal clutch as described in the instructions, as loading without doing so can damage the gears and voids the warranty.

Smooth, controlled feeding

An o-ring-less nozzle lowers the pressure needed to push BBs home, giving a smoother winding action and less strain on the mechanism. The integrated winding clutch stops you overfilling a magazine, protecting both the mag and the loader from unnecessary wear.

This EMG collaboration Sidewinder is still fully optimised for PTS EPM1 magazines and works the same way, but it adds a pre-installed silicone sound-dampening skin for quieter loading. Functionally it is the same proven M12 loader.

Does it work with PTS EPM1 magazines?

Yes, it is specifically optimised for the PTS EPM1 series. Important: before using it with EPM1 mags you must adjust the clutch as per the instructions, otherwise the gears can break and this is not covered under warranty.

How many BBs does it hold and how fast is it?

The reservoir holds up to 1600 BBs and the hand crank feeds 12 BBs per revolution, so you can top up mid-cap and standard mags in seconds. That is enough to load around six PTS EPM1 AEG mags before refilling.

What does the o-ring-less nozzle do?

Removing the o-ring reduces the pressure needed to push BBs into the magazine, giving a smoother, easier winding action and less strain on the gears. It is one of the details that makes the Sidewinder feel premium in use.
