The Kombat UK Raider Buckle-Tek Plate Carrier is built around a clever swap-panel system. The Buckle-Tek front detaches and reattaches in seconds, letting you run the same vest with different fronts, from the supplied triple magazine panel to a chest-rig setup, so one carrier covers assault, support and marksman roles.

Skirmish ready from the box

It arrives with a triple rifle magazine panel already fitted, so you can load up and play straight away. Full MOLLE webbing across the front and rear lets you bolt on dump pouches, utility pouches, radio pouches and more as your loadout evolves.

Built tough, fits almost everyone

Made from hard-wearing 600D Tac-Poly, the Raider uses Velcro adjustable shoulder straps and cummerbund for a genuine one size fits most fit. A rear grab handle aids buddy extraction drills, twin top D-rings carry extra kit, and front and rear Velcro panels display your patches and ID.

Plates, patterns and pairing

Front and rear compartments take armour or shaped dummy plates (Kombat UK dummy plates sold separately) to give the vest its proper form. BTP closely matches MTP and Multicam so you blend with the team, while Coyote and Olive Green suit plain or woodland kit. Pair it with pouches and belts from our tactical gear range to finish the rig.

What does the Buckle-Tek system actually do?

The front panel clips off and on via buckles, so you can run one carrier with several interchangeable fronts. Swap the supplied triple mag panel for a chest rig front or a different pouch layout in seconds to suit the mission.

Does it come with anything to hold magazines?

Yes. It ships with a Buckle-Tek triple rifle magazine panel already fitted, so it is skirmish ready out of the bag. You can add more MOLLE pouches to the front and rear webbing as needed.

Can I put real plates in it?

It has front and rear plate compartments that accept armour plates. For airsoft use, Kombat UK dummy plates (sold separately) give the vest its proper shape and rigidity without the weight.

Will it fit me?

It is a one size fits most design with Velcro adjustable shoulder straps and cummerbund, so it adapts across a wide range of body sizes and layers over a base layer or hoodie comfortably.

Is BTP a good match for other camo?

BTP (British Terrain Pattern) is designed as a close match to MTP and US Multicam, so it blends well alongside teammates running those patterns. Coyote and Olive Green are also available for plain or woodland loadouts.
