The 5.11 Tactical Rapid Assault Shirt is a purpose-made combat top for wear with a plate carrier or load-bearing vest. Its fitted body and flat-lock seams sit smoothly against the skin to reduce chafing where armour presses, while the moisture-wicking fabric keeps you dry through hard graft.

Stays cool when it counts

Mesh ventilated side panels in four-way stretch fabric open up airflow across the ribs and flanks, the areas a carrier covers most. Combined with a lightweight, fast-drying knit body, the Rapid Assault Shirt stays comfortable even in warmer climates and during high-output work.

Freedom of movement and durability

Saddle shoulder construction gives you a full range of motion for shouldering a weapon, climbing or reaching, and articulated elbows are reinforced to take wear. The body blends cotton, polyester and spandex for stretch and comfort, while poly-cotton ripstop sleeves add toughness.
