The Rebel M90 is the softest spring we recommend, delivering approximately 300fps. That makes it a natural fit for CQB and close-quarters play, where a lower, friendlier output keeps games safe and enjoyable at short range without sacrificing reliability.

Kinder to your gearbox

There is more to a lower-power spring than site limits. Running an M90 reduces the load on your gears, piston and motor, which helps extend the life of your AEG’s internals. As a bonus, a lighter spring typically improves your rate of fire and sharpens trigger response, so the rifle feels snappier to shoot.

A guide, not a guarantee

The 300fps figure is approximate and measured on an average AEG. Your actual output depends on barrel length, air seal, compression and hop setup, so always chronograph your rifle after fitting and test against your site’s chrono limit.

Fit it properly

Is 300fps too low?

The M90 is about as low as we recommend going. It is ideal for CQB and close-quarters play where lower power is welcome, but it still needs a well-sealed setup to shoot consistently.
