Yes, they are standard 6mm airsoft BBs suitable for AEGs, gas and spring replicas. At a tight 5.95mm diameter they are an especially good match for upgraded replicas running tightbore inner barrels below 6.03mm.

Do I need to be 18 or hold UKARA to buy BBs?

No. Airsoft BBs are not age-restricted and require no UKARA registration. Only imitation firearms (RIFs) carry those requirements.
