Hands-on help from real airsoft techs

The Tech Bench Fee covers workshop labour from the Platoon Stores in-house technical team. It is not a physical product but the mechanism we use to bill the time our techs spend working on your replica, whether that is a quick diagnosis or a full gearbox rebuild.

What we work on

Our workshop handles the full spread of airsoft technical work: gearbox repairs and rebuilds, motor and wiring faults, hop-up tuning, spring and FPS changes for site limits, and the fitting and programming of MOSFET and ETU units such as the GATE TITAN and ASTER. We work across AEG, gas and HPA platforms.

Based at our store in Rochester, Kent, we have been an airsoft specialist since 2006. Keeping servicing in-house means faster turnaround and direct advice, rather than shipping your gun off to a third party and waiting weeks.
