The Kombat UK Trauma Pouch pairs a compact medical pouch with a pair of large trauma scissors, giving you a tidy home for the shears plus room to build your own first-aid kit. It is a sensible starting point for a personal IFAK or a squad medic setup where you need cutting tools on hand fast.
Built from 600D Tac-Poly
The pouch is made from Kombat UK’s 600D Tac-Poly, the same hard-wearing polyester used across their tactical range. It stands up to repeated use on the field, in the car or in a kit bag, and the fabric wipes down easily after a muddy skirmish day.
MOLLE mounting
Webbing straps on the rear let you attach the pouch to any MOLLE or PALS platform, whether that is a plate carrier, chest rig, battle belt or a MOLLE panel. That keeps your scissors and dressings exactly where you want them rather than buried in a bag.
The scissors
