Low profile, high mobility

Its flat design sits close to the body and slips into tight spaces on a belt, plate carrier or pack where a bulky pouch would snag. That low profile keeps you mobile through doorways and vehicles while still carrying a full blow-out kit ready to go.

Mounts your way

The outer sleeve is reversible, attaching by MOLLE or hook-and-loop, and adds MINIMOLL straps and laser-cut slots for belt and pack mounting. A front laser-cut loop MOLLE panel takes a medic marker patch or extra gear, and an internal sleeve keeps trauma shears secured and instantly to hand.

What does an IFAK pouch hold?

An Individual First Aid Kit pouch carries life-saving trauma essentials such as a tourniquet, haemostatic gauze, dressings and shears. This pouch is supplied empty so you can build a kit to your own training and needs. Medical contents are not included.

How does it mount to my gear?

The reversible outer sleeve attaches by MOLLE or hook-and-loop, with MINIMOLL straps and laser-cut slots for belts and packs. That lets you run it on a plate carrier, battle belt or bag with equal ease.

Why is it called ambidextrous?

Easy-pull grab handles let you deploy the insert from either the left or right side, so it works the same whether you or a team-mate reaches for it under pressure.

Can I take the medical insert out quickly?
