The 5.11 Tactical UCR IFAK Pouch keeps life-saving medical gear compact, organised and instantly accessible. Sized at 7in by 5in by 3in with around 1 litre of space, it holds one to two blowout kits, making it the ideal home for a tourniquet, haemostatic gauze, chest seals and dressings on a plate carrier, belt or in a vehicle.

Fast access when seconds count

A quick drop-front opening with a U-shaped zip lets the panel fall clear so you can reach the contents with one hand. The light-coloured interior contrasts with dark medical packaging, helping you identify and grab the right item under pressure, exactly when it matters most.

Rugged 1050D nylon build

Constructed from abrasion-resistant 1050D nylon, the UCR IFAK is built for hard use in the field and in the truck. Internal pockets and bungee tie-downs hold your kit in place, so nothing shifts or spills when you deploy the pouch in a hurry.

Mount it your way

Rear MOLLE/PALS straps and 5.11 SlickStick compatibility let you dock the pouch to your gear, while an included elastic strap wraps around a vehicle headrest for in-car carry.
