ZCI 8mm Bearings

These ZCI 8mm ball bearings support the gear axles inside your gearbox, replacing worn or low-grade bushings. The set is designed for gearboxes machined to accept 8mm bearing seats, and it is a sensible upgrade whenever you strip a gearbox for a service.

Less friction, less heat

Caged steel ball bearings spin freely to reduce friction and heat build-up during firing, helping protect your gears and motor over long game days. Smoother running also means a little less strain on the battery and trigger contacts.

Built to last

Hardened steel construction copes with the loads of upgraded springs and high rates of fire, making them a solid choice for performance builds where reliability matters as much as speed.

Fitment note

These are 8mm bearings and only suit gearboxes designed for 8mm bushings or bearings, so measure or check yours before ordering. For a full rebuild, talk to our airsoft repair team in Kent or browse more airsoft accessories.

Frequently asked questions

Will these fit my gearbox?

They are 8mm bearings and only suit gearboxes machined for 8mm bushings or bearings. Some gearboxes use 6mm, 7mm or 9mm, so check yours before ordering.

Bearings or bushings, which is better?

Ball bearings spin freely for less friction and are great for speed builds. Solid bushings are more forgiving of very hard springs. Many techs pick based on the build.

How many are in the set?

The set contains six bearings, enough to support the gear axles on both sides of a standard gearbox.

Can you fit them for me?

Yes. For a full rebuild and reshim, our airsoft repair team in Kent can install them correctly.

Is there an age or UKARA restriction?

No. These are internal spare parts with no age restriction and no UKARA requirement.
