How is the gift card delivered?

It is a virtual product, so there is nothing physical to post. The recipient receives a unique code by email on the date you choose at checkout.

Can I choose when it arrives?

Yes. At checkout you pick the delivery date. Leave it as today for immediate sending, or select a future date such as a birthday so it lands right on the day.

How does the recipient redeem it?

They enter the unique code they receive by email at the online checkout, and the value is deducted from their basket total.

Can I send gift cards to more than one person?

Yes. When buying more than one, add each recipient's email address separated by a comma, and each person receives their own card.

The recipient did not receive their code, what should they do?

Ask them to check their spam or junk folder and any email filters first, as automated emails can occasionally be misrouted. If it still has not arrived, get in touch and we will help.
