How does the patch attach?

It has hook (male) velcro on the back, so it presses onto any loop velcro panel found on plate carriers, caps, packs and patch boards. No sewing needed.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. The moulded PVC construction is fully waterproof and simply wipes clean, so it holds up to rain and mud during games.

Will it fit my plate carrier or cap?

If the surface has a loop velcro panel, the patch will attach. Most airsoft rigs, caps and packs include loop panels for exactly this.

Does it come with a loop panel?

No, the patch is supplied on its own with hook velcro backing. You attach it to loop velcro already on your gear.

Do I need to be 18 to buy this?

No. A morale patch is a fabric-style accessory with no age restriction, so anyone can buy it.
