Solve the CW versus CCW thread problem
Airsoft muzzle threads come in two directions, and mixing them is a common headache. Most replicas use a 14mm CCW (counter-clockwise) thread, but plenty of desirable silencers, tracers and flash hiders are cut for 14mm CW (clockwise). The Battleaxe Compensator bridges that gap, screwing onto your CCW barrel and presenting a CW thread on the outside.
Unlock more muzzle accessories
With the adapter fitted you can run the CW-threaded muzzle device you actually want, rather than being limited to CCW-only parts. It is an inexpensive way to expand your options when building or restyling a rifle, and it removes just as easily for storage or transport.
Doubles as an extender
Because it adds a short section of length to the muzzle, the compensator also gives the barrel a slightly more aggressive profile and can help push a silencer or tracer clear of a short outer barrel. The compact size keeps added length and weight to a minimum.
Simple, durable, tool-free
Machined from metal with a matte black finish that blends with a standard outer barrel, it fits hand-tight with no gunsmithing. The Battleaxe build quality means the threads engage cleanly and repeatably, install after install.
