The Kombat UK Commando Compact Stove punches well above its size, delivering up to 3000W of cooking power from a burner that weighs just 90g. Whether you are brewing up on a training weekend or heating a ration pack in the field, it gets water rolling fast.

Simple, reliable gas setup

The stove screws straight onto any standard screw-thread gas canister, so there are no fiddly hoses or adaptors to worry about. An adjustable gas control lets you run everything from a full boil to a low simmer, helping you get the most from each canister.

Packs down, travels light

Three pot support arms fold down so the whole unit collapses into its supplied hard plastic carry case, measuring just 11 x 5 x 5 cm packed. Built from aluminium alloy and stainless steel, it shrugs off the knocks of pack life while staying featherweight.

What gas does this stove use?

It screws directly onto any standard screw-thread (EN417 type) gas canister, so it works with the common isobutane and propane mixes sold for camping stoves. The canister is not included.

How powerful is it?

The burner puts out up to 3000W with an adjustable gas flow, so you can run a fast rolling boil or dial it down for a gentle simmer.

Is it light enough for backpacking?

Yes. At just 90g and packing down to 11 x 5 x 5 cm in its carry case, it is easy to slip into a rucksack, bug-out bag or day pack.

Will it hold a full mess tin or pot?

Three fold-down pot arms open out to support a mess tin, pot or kettle, then fold flat for compact storage in the supplied case.
