The ENO SingleNest is the hammock that started a movement. Designed for solo travellers, campers and festival-goers, it gives one person a roomy 9ft 6in of space to swing, read, nap or sleep the night away. Whether it is strung between two trees on a woodland pitch or in the back garden, it turns any two anchor points into the comfiest seat around.

Tough, breathable fabric

The body is made from bluesign-approved FreeWave 70D nylon taffeta: breathable so you do not overheat, fast-drying after a shower, and strong enough to carry up to 400lb. It is soft against the skin yet hard-wearing enough to take years of adventures.

Packs light, hangs easy

Weighing just 454g and stuffing into its attached pocket to about the size of a fist, the SingleNest disappears into a daypack until you need it. Anodised 7075 aluminium wiregate carabiners are included to clip it to your suspension.

Add your straps

Note that tree straps are sold separately, as ENO lets you choose the suspension that suits your setup. Pick up a set of straps at the same time and you will be swinging in minutes.

Are suspension straps included?

No. Like all ENO hammocks, the SingleNest comes with the aluminium carabiners but not the tree straps. You will need a set of ENO Atlas or similar straps to hang it, which we can supply alongside.

How much weight can it hold?

The SingleNest is rated to 400lb (181kg), comfortably supporting one adult plus a bit of kit for lounging, reading or sleeping.

How small does it pack?

It stuffs into its attached pocket to roughly fist size (about 13.5 x 10 x 12.5cm) and weighs only 454g, so it slips easily into a daypack, bergen or festival bag.

Is it comfortable for sleeping?

Yes for solo use. At 9ft 6in long and 4ft 10in wide it gives enough room to lie at a slight diagonal for a flatter, more comfortable position through the night.

What is the fabric like?

It uses breathable, fast-drying FreeWave 70D nylon taffeta that is bluesign-approved. It is soft, packable and shrugs off the occasional shower, though a tarp is recommended for overnight rain.
