The 5.11 Tactical Hardpoint Mk1 is the smallest carabiner in the Hardpoint family, built to keep your essentials close to hand. Its stainless steel body shrugs off corrosion, while the self-closing spring wire gate snaps shut on its own so nothing works loose when you are on the move.

Grippy, considered design

Gimped (finely grooved) edges give your fingers a positive purchase even with gloves on or in the wet, making one-handed use easy. Sized to fit through most belt loops, the Mk1 sits flat and unobtrusive on your kit rather than swinging around.

Strap and split ring included

A 1 inch webbing strap and split metal ring come as standard, ready to secure keys, light sticks, gloves or other small EDC items. Clip it to a belt loop, pack strap or plate carrier and your essentials are always where you left them.

No. Like all 5.11 Hardpoint clips it is a utility carabiner for securing gear, not a load-rated climbing device. Never use it for climbing, abseiling or any life-safety application.
