The body is robust galvanised steel with a bright, hard-wearing yellow powder coat, so it stands up to the elements and stays easy to spot. The globe is heat-resistant, shatterproof Suprax glass, and the whole lantern is extremely temperature-resistant, ready to work indoors or out in wind and cold.
Long, steady burn
Fill the 0.34 litre tank with paraffin or lamp oil (not included) and the 12.5mm flat wick delivers around 20 hours of continuous light. The flame stays calm and consistent even in a breeze, making it a genuine light source for emergency and orientation rather than just decoration.
