A GBB Grip, Not An AEG One

Worth being clear about this first because it catches people out: gas blowback rifle grips and AEG grips are not interchangeable. An AEG grip has a motor in it and is shaped around that. A GBB grip does not, so the internal geometry is completely different. This is the GBB one.

Why Change A Grip

It is the cheapest part of a gun to change and the one your hand is on for the entire game. If the original is slick when wet, too fat, or the wrong angle for how you stand, a grip swap fixes it for less than the price of a bottle of gas.

What Is Not Published

Nuprol have not published the material, the texturing or a compatibility list beyond the GBB platform for this grip. Rather than invent it, we would ask you to ring the shop with your gun so we can check the fit properly.

Fitting

Not sure whether this is the right part for your gun, or would rather someone else fitted it? Our Rochester workshop services and upgrades AEGs in house, and we would rather check compatibility with you first than have you order twice.

Frequently asked questions

Will this fit my AEG?

No. This is a gas blowback rifle grip. AEG grips house the motor and are a different shape internally, so the two are not interchangeable.

Which GBB rifles does it fit?

Nuprol have not published a compatibility list beyond the GBB platform. Ring the shop with your gun and we will check it against one rather than guess.

Is it hard to fit?

A grip change on a GBB is usually a single screw job, considerably simpler than on an AEG where the motor height has to be reset.

Why bother changing the grip?

It is the part your hand is on for the whole game and the cheapest thing on the gun to change. If the original is slick, too thick or the wrong angle, this fixes it cheaply.
