This urethane tank seal is the small but vital O-ring that sits on the neck of a paintball or HPA air tank valve. It forms the airtight seal between the tank and the marker ASA or regulator, stopping leaks where the bottle screws in.

Tough urethane construction

Urethane (polyurethane) is chosen for its high abrasion resistance, standing up to repeated screwing and unscrewing far better than softer rubber. It suits both CO2 and high-pressure air tanks and resists shredding at the sealing surface.

Where does this O-ring go?

It sits in the groove on the neck of your paintball or HPA tank valve. When the tank is screwed into the marker it seals against the ASA or regulator to stop air escaping.

Why urethane instead of rubber?

Urethane is far more abrasion resistant than softer rubber, so it copes with repeated screwing and unscrewing without shredding, which makes it the preferred material for tank neck seals.

Will it fit my tank?

It is sized to the common standard tank valve seal used across CO2 and HPA paintball tanks. If in doubt, compare it against your worn ring or check your tank manual.

How do I know when to replace it?
