Precision machined from high-performance POM and fitted with an internal O-ring, it seals against the cylinder head to cut air loss, so more of every cycle drives the BB. The result is steadier muzzle velocity and improved shot-to-shot consistency.

Smoother, more efficient cycling

POM is self-lubricating, so the nozzle glides with minimal friction. An auxiliary port in the tip smooths the stroke and helps stop the piston locking on retraction, reducing load on the gears and easing battery consumption. That means a mechbox that runs cooler, cleaner and more reliably.

This NEO nozzle is cut to the correct NGRS geometry and fits the Tokyo Marui M4A1, SOPMOD M4, CQB-R, Mk18 Mod 1, HK416D, HK416C, HK416 Delta Custom and HK417 Recoil Shock rifles. It is a genuine Prometheus part designed to work with the platform, not a compromise fit.

Will it work in a standard AEG M4?

No. This NEO nozzle is designed for the Tokyo Marui NGRS Recoil Shock platform specifically. Standard AEG M4s use a different Prometheus sealing nozzle.
