Raven R226 recoil assembly

This is a replacement recoil spring assembly for the Raven R226 series of gas blowback airsoft pistols, the SIG P226-style platform that includes the R226 and railed R226-R. It is a factory spare that restores the slide return function.

What it does

The recoil assembly returns the slide forward after each blowback stroke and buffers the end of the cycle. The spring rate directly affects how reliably the pistol feeds, chambers and cycles.

When to replace it

A tired or worn recoil spring causes sluggish slide return, short-stroking and failures to feed. Fitting a fresh assembly restores crisp, consistent cycling and reliable shot-to-shot performance.
