The SHS 32:1 gear set with a 10 tooth sector gear is a high torque upgrade for Version 2 and Version 3 airsoft gearboxes. CNC machined from chrome molybdenum alloy steel, these gears are built to shrug off the stress of heavier springs where standard gears would flex, wear or strip.
Smarter engineering
SHS uses a new integrated axis design in place of the traditional copper shaft guide, improving gear concentricity and durability. The result is a set that runs true, deforms less under load, and delivers lower noise and improved power consumption for a more efficient gearbox.
Matched to your spring
The 32:1 ratio is a high torque set up, recommended for roughly M170 to M200 springs. It gives your motor the mechanical advantage to cycle stronger springs reliably, making it ideal for higher power DMR and support builds within your site limits. A half-tooth piston is recommended for correct timing.
Fitting matters
Gear swaps require careful shimming, so we strongly recommend this part is only fitted by an experienced or qualified airsoft technician, as incorrect installation can cause damage not covered by warranty.
