The 9 tooth high torque option

This is the 9 tooth sector gear version of the SHS 32:1 gear set, a high torque upgrade for Version 2 and Version 3 airsoft gearboxes. The 9 tooth sector engages fewer piston teeth per cycle than the 10 tooth version, reducing wind up before release, which many technicians prefer for smoother cycling on stronger springs.

Built from the same great steel

Like the rest of the range, these gears are CNC machined from chrome molybdenum alloy steel for high strength that will not easily deform. They are made to handle the punishment of heavier springs where basic gears would wear or strip.

SHS replaces the traditional copper shaft guide with an integrated axis design, improving gear concentricity and durability. The payoff is a set that runs true with lower noise and improved power consumption, helping your gearbox work more efficiently.

Match your build and fit it right

The 32:1 ratio suits roughly M170 to M200 springs and pairs with a half-tooth piston. Because correct shimming is critical, we strongly recommend this part is only fitted by an experienced or qualified airsoft technician.
