A lightweight starter springer

The SMK Syntarg is a compact break-barrel spring-piston air rifle built around a distinctive synthetic ‘shark fin’ skeleton stock. Available in .177 (4.5mm) and .22 (5.5mm), it is an ideal, affordable first rifle for club and back-garden target shooting, tuned under the UK 12 ft/lb limit.

Light and easy to handle

Weighing around 2kg with a 42cm (16.5in) ABS-coated barrel and roughly 102cm overall, the skeletonised stock keeps it easy for smaller or younger shooters to hold steady, and a fitted rubber recoil pad adds comfort.

Sights and safety

Fibre optic front and rear sights come as standard, with the rear adjustable for windage and elevation, and an 11mm dovetail with arrestor block takes a scope. A single-stage trigger and automatic, resettable safety round out the controls.
