Maximum power for winter

ASG ULTRAIR red high power gas is the strongest propellant in the ULTRAIR range, rated at around 178 PSI at 25C. It is a high performance red gas built to help you keep your gun’s performance and your competitive edge during matches in the cold winter months when other gases fall short.

Built for the cold

As temperatures drop, standard green gas loses pressure and performance suffers. Red gas is formulated to counter that, giving reliable, high power operation in winter conditions. It is recommended for high power rifles and long rifles with blowback that can handle the extra pressure.

Not for plastic slides

Because of its high pressure, red gas is not recommended for plastic slide pistols. At room temperature the pressure is higher than those guns are designed for and can cause damage. The silicone free formula ships in a 570ml can with a durable metal nozzle for quick, low waste filling.

Store it with care

The gas is extremely flammable, so keep it away from heat and direct sunlight and use it only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Stock up with your ammo in our BBs, gas and batteries range.

What guns is red gas recommended for?

It is aimed at high power rifles and long rifles with blowback in winter. Because of the high pressure, it is not recommended for plastic slide pistols.

Can I use it in a plastic slide pistol?

No, this is not recommended. At room temperature the pressure is higher than plastic slide pistols are designed for, which risks damage. Use a lower pressure gas instead.

Does it contain silicone?

No, the red high power gas is silicone free. If you want built in lubrication, choose the green ULTRAIR gas with silicone.

Do I need to be 18 to buy it?

Yes, airsoft propellant gas is sold to customers aged 18 or over. UKARA is not required to buy gas, only proof of age.
